Franchising

There are several different types of Franchising and it is important to differentiate between them and to understand the difference. 

Master Franchisor:

As a master franchisor you are responsible for recruiting franchisees in your area. Basically  you are acting as and extension of the main franchise and are able to appoint franchisees, deliver training to new stores, maintain quality standards, provide ongoing support etc. 

Franchisee:

A franchisee is a store owner who follows the brand standards as set out by the concept. A franchisee is the face of the concept and are at the frontline where service delivery and quality product are crucial.

Area Developer:

An area developer is a franchisee that has exclusivity to open stores within an agreed area. Does not take on any roles of the Master Franchisor.

Locating an appropriate venue:

Locating the appropriate venue for a new nino's store is a key ingredient in our recipe for success and one of the first and most important steps in operating a successful business. When a franchisee looks at opening aNino's that we make sure that we have located a venue that will help make the store into a success.

With us there is no guesswork. We do extensive research before we identify a potential venue. Our business is a success only when our franchisee's business is a success.

Complete store setup according to our strict specifications:

We have a tried and tested interior layout and design that will assist in giving the new store the atmosphere that will bring clients back for more. Without the proper look & feel of the established Nino's brand chances of success for a new store will be reduced.

Menu:

Our chef is personally responsible for choosing the menu with a multitude of delectable delights that any one of our satisfied customers will experience during a visit to any of our stores.

We offer a full menu that will satisfy even the most refined palate.

Coffee:

Our speciality! We offer a variety of carefully brewed espresso blends that will tantalise every coffee drinker's taste buds and only use our 100% arabica blend, nino's espresso. A superior quality blend made and roasted locally to the highest and most exacting standards.


Suppliers:

We have specific house brands that you would be required to use and we assist with naming suppliers that we believe will offer the quality products that we require.

All nominated suppliers are checkedon aregular basis to ensure that they meet with thehigh standards as set out by nino's.


Clients

Food

Support in hiring and full training of all staff:

To ensure that all operations run smoothly nino's endeavours to assist the franchisee in the hiring and training of all staff. It should be noted that the final decision on hiring staff will rest with the franchisee - nino's will only have an advisory roll in this regard.

Marketing:

nino's offers all franchisees substantial help in terms of marketing materials to assist in store promotion. We believe that it is imperative that the brand is presented in a professional manner and we will therefore work with the franchisee to develop a unified, but unique, marketing concept for each store. We will provide the franchisee with a set of stationary, business cards, leaflets & a newspaper ad as part of the sale price.

Official opening:

We will also arrange an official store opening. This will include an evening with food and entertainment. Our aim is to show people what we are capable of. In order to achieve this all the food will be prepared on site with the menu to be concluded prior to the event.
