Our Concepts:
We have three basic concepts. Each with the same recognisable look and feel and identity. The difference however is in the offering which reduces according to size and location.We are and always will be focused on being a coffee shop. A coffee shop as you would find it on the sidewalks of Italy and where taking the time to welcome your clients and to add a touch of flair to coffee and food is never out of place.

Nino's: (Gemma concept)
Whilst we try avoid the term restaurant and prefer meeting place of coffee house the full concept is often viewed as a more restaurant based option. Here we provide you with more than just a coffee and a toasty. Here we have a full kitchen with and extensive menu. It is by its very nature the most expensive offering and will set you back anything up to £250 000. Size – 250 sqm +

Nino's: (classic concept)
Less emphasis on food with a smaller kitchen with more focus on the coffee.

Can set you back anywhere between £100 000 - £200 000. Size – +/- 100-150sqm

nino's express:
The name says it all. Perfect for areas where speed and convenience is often more important than a social. Perfect for small spaces, train stations, Mobile catering units etc. Cost for a mobile unit or kiosk is around £30 000 - £50 000 and for the shop around £80 000. Size – +/- 50sqm

You've read all the marketing and you like it. What now? Well the first step as always is a meeting. Meet the team. Find out if you like what you see.

The next step is the most important one! Make sure before you proceed you are happy with the information provided and that you are sure that the coffee business is for you.

There are several legal steps:

- Franchise Agreement: The name speaks for itself. Once the location is found we progress to the next step. This document will lay the foundation for a successful partnership.

- The site: The franchisee is responsible for signing the lease and making sure the rent etc. is paid. A minimum lease term of 10 years is required.

Building your new store:
It is important that your store creates an environment where your customers can feel at home. To do this we have a specific layout and design that we follow. These are also tweaked and used for all the relevant planning and local council submissions.
The build process then gets underway once the full cost has been established and agreed.

The building process underway we will monitor progress and quality standards. While this is on the go we can help you with finding and training staff as well as yourselves. The next item is planning an effective marketing campaign that works for the area. The cost of which will vary.

The rest is up to you. Your commitment and effective management is the key to being a successful franchise operator.
